About the book:
Scrooge doesn't care about Christmas. He doesn't seem any reason to be happy, merry, or charitable. In fact, Christmas is just another excuse for his own employee to rob him of one day of work.
Bah, humbug!
He doesn't want to spend time with his nephew, either. Better lie low and let the dreadful holiday time pass, so all can go back to normal. Business as usual is what works best for Scrooge.
But this year, something different happens. And it all starts with a visit from Scrooge's business partner Marley. It could just be another annoying Christmas visit, but Marley has been dead for the past seven years. Scrooge won't be the same after his nighttime visitors are done with him.
